The Multipart philosophy is to pursue a prevention rather than detection approach to “waste elimination” and we believe that this can be best achieved by actively encouraging the involvement of all our colleagues in the design, development and ongoing improvement of all our processes.
We aim to achieve this through the continuous improvement of our processes in order to operate defect free activities throughout the company.

We will monitor our performance through regular reporting of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which influence the success of our business. These KPIs will be shared with all colleagues to ensure common understanding of our business objectives.

A quality management system is operated which meets the requirement of ISO9000:2000 and covers all our activities as they contribute towards the provision of defect free products and services.

The management team is responsible for communicating this policy to all colleagues and for leading and coaching them in the practice of process improvement through teamwork. The management is also responsible for ensuring that procedures and work instruction are adhered to in the day to day activities of the Company.
