There are two ways to achieve 100% availability:
1) have unlimited funding to pay for colossal warehouses next door to your clients;
2) have only one customer who only orders one item, and only during office hours.
Neither of these is sustainable and neither will work 100% of the time!
We don't have unlimited funding (because we're using our own money) and we have 800 Military customers, 60 delivery points and 80,000 items to support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...
